1. In the upper part of neck place basis of letter "Y" |

2. Without stretching the tape run it, gradually away from the spine bowing your head forward

3. Remove the paper cover placed by the middle of the y- shaped strip |

1. Bend forward, to stretch the back muscles. Start with the I strips from the coccyx and lead it up by both sides of the pillar bone, gently stretching the tape |

2. Remove the paper cover in the middle of the „I” strip. In the bended position, stretch gently or bit forcefully, in the middle of the tape in the region of the felt ailment |

3. Stick the ends without any additional stretching |

1. Place the basis of "Y" letter by the middle of the upper arm. Stretch both sides of the tape to attach to the arm muscles without any additional tension on the tape |

2. Place the "I" basis above the shoulder. Raise your arm up, to 90° ankle, and stick the tape down the arm without tensing it |
 |
3. Without lowering your arm, rub tape to activate the glue |
